Using the library

Everything you need to browse, preview and install from the NibWP Library.

Getting started

The NibWP Library is a directory of WordPress elements, components, templates and workflows. Browse and preview everything for free; installing into a site is done by the NibWP plugin on your behalf.

There are four kinds of items: elements (buttons, badges, inputs), components (heroes, pricing, FAQs), templates (full pages) and workflows (recipes that install several items in order).

Connect NibWP

Install the NibWP plugin and connect your agent over MCP. Once connected, your agent can resolve any library item by its id.

# in wp-admin -> Plugins -> Add NewnActivate NibWP, then open NibWP -> Connectnand pair your agent (MCP endpoint shown there).
Browsing needs nothing. Agent-install and workflows require the NibWP plugin connected – see plans.

Browse and preview

Use the Directory to filter by kind and search by name or id. Open any item to preview it – light or dark – before anything touches your site. The monthly Freebies are copy-by-hand with no plugin.

Install a component

Ask your agent for a component by name or id. It writes the block markup into the current page and maps it to your theme tokens.

you > install component.hero.split-media on the homepagennibwp > resolved - applying acss tokens - done (0 conflicts)

Install a template

Templates are full pages. Installing one scaffolds the whole layout in a single step.

you > build a new page from template.landing.saasnnibwp > created page - 7 sections - styled to theme

Run a workflow

Workflows chain several items in the right order. Run one by id.

you > nibwp run launch-saas-landingn# installs header -> hero -> features -> pricing -> faq -> footer

Preview any workflow on its page; the run prompt itself unlocks with NibWP.

Theming and tokens

Every item is token-native. On install it maps to your active theme and Automatic.css variables – color, spacing, type – so nothing looks pasted. Change a token and installed items follow.

Builders

Items install as clean, semantic block markup and open natively in:

  • Gutenberg (core blocks)
  • Bricks
  • Etch

No shortcodes and no lock-in – edit installed items like anything else on the page.

Troubleshooting and FAQ

An item doesn't match my theme.

Confirm Automatic.css (or your theme tokens) is active before install; re-run to remap.

Can I use items on client sites?

Your NibWP plan sets where you can install – up to unlimited client sites on higher tiers.

Where do I get help?
